Lexington Saints Rugby Club Partnership Options

Lexington Saints Youth Rugby Club is a community-based organization dedicated to fostering the growth of young athletes and promoting the sport of rugby in Lexington. Our club provides a safe and inclusive environment where children of all ages can develop their skills, learn valuable life lessons, and build lasting friendships. By partnering with the Lexington Saints, you'll be investing in the future of our community and supporting a sport that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and respect.

Kit/Equipment Sponsorships

  • High School Kit Main Sponsor
    • (2 available; boys, girls) - $3000
    • Sponsor Logo printed on the front of jerseys for the selected team. Mock ups will be presented prior to funds being received.
  • High School Kit Secondary Sponsor
    • (4 available; boys shoulder, girls shoulder, boys back, girls back) - $500
    • Sponsor logo printed on the right shoulder or below number patch on all jerseys for the selected team. Mock up will be presented prior to funds being received.
  • Middle School Kit Main Sponsor
    • (2 available; boys, girls) - $1500
    • Sponsor logo printed on front of jerseys for selected team. Mock ups will be presented prior to funds being received
  • Elementary School Kit Sponsors
    • (4 available) - $325
    • Sponsor logo printed on back of all elementary school game day T shirts. Mock ups will be presented prior to funds being received

General Fund Sponsorships

  • Any contribution to the general fund will be used for field fees, referee fees, equipment purchases, tournament entry fees and any other costs of running the team.
  • Benefits to sponsor will include
    • Logo displayed on website
    • Social media tagged in all posts except for dedicated sponsorship posts
    • Logo printed on back of team T shirts
    • Logo printed on any team printed materials (calendars, posters, flyers, etc)
  • Minimum contribution - $100

Saints Partnerships

  • Gold Level Partner - $5000
    • Pick two High school/Middle school kit sponsorships and a guaranteed Elementary kit space
    • All General fund benefits plus guaranteed primary location on all printed materials and a quarterly dedicated social media post on Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok
    • Logo printed on goal post pads used at home games.
  • Green Level Partner - $2500
    • Pick any High School/Middle School kit sponsorship and a guaranteed Elementary kit space
    • All General fund benefits and a dedicated social media post on Instagram/Facebook/tiktok
  • Black Level Partner - $1000
    • High school secondary sponsor and Elementary school sponsorships
    • All General fund benefits and a dedicated social media post on Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok

Saints Players Fund

We strive to keep the cost of play to an absolute minimum. We do not charge a fee for players to join the team and the only expenses for our players are cleats, mouthguards, rugby shorts, and USA rugby registration. However, these costs combined can be upwards of $100. We established the Saints players funds to help ensure that Saints players from every background can participate in rugby without worrying about cost as a barrier. These funds are kept in a separate account and only ever used for players.Contributions of $100 or more will receive General Fund sponsorship benefits as well as inclusion in a separate post recognizing the Saints Players Fund.

Lexington Saints Rugby Club Is a 501c3 charitable organization and all donations are tax deductible. Lexington Saints will provide a receipt to all donors.
